Programs

Membership Dues (16 years of age and older):

A one time Initiation Fee of $35.00 is due the first month for anyone 18 years of age and older.

A one time Initiation Fee (3 hours of Training) of $90.00 is due for anyone 16-17 years of age.

Bronze Package – basic membership

Day Pass
– includes access to all equipment for one day 

      $7.00 daily

** A $35.00 fee will be assessed on EFTs and Checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Adolescent Strength and Conditioning/Fitness Program (15 years of age and younger):

      $120.00 monthly

      The adolescent can train up to 3 days a week with a certified trainer. The program will include but not limited to physical fitness assessments, weight resistance training, speed/agility training, balance training, coordination training, and flexibility training.

      The training times are by appointment only. The adolescent can train individually or with a group.

Personal Training Sessions:

      ½ hour - $35.00  
                         $300.00 (10 sessions)

      1 hour - $45.00
                       $400.00 (10 sessions)

Guaranteed Weight Loss Program:

Includes a membership and a minimum of 3-one hour training sessions per week with a certified trainer.

      The Guaranteed Weight Loss Program is priced individually according each client's fitness goals.  Please call us for your free consultation.
